Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has hired Marco Adamo and Roy Baumann as senior alternative risk transfer experts for SRS Altitude.
Adamo will lead Altitude’s property portfolio while Baumann is responsible for casualty and financial and professional liability.
Both new hires will manage alternative risk transfer for all types of non-standard solutions for corporate entities, captives and risk-takers vehicles.
Adamo brings more than 11 years of execution of alternative risk transfer structures to SRS Altitude, as well as European market experience.
He has held technical and leadership positions across direct and facultative underwriting and alternative risk transfer.
Baumann has worked in technical and leadership positions with Converium, Aon Global Risk Consulting and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, covering areas including finance, investments, risk analytics, complex structured solutions and consulting.
