Elevate Risk Solutions (Elevate) CEO Jerry Messick is to step down on 1 January 2024. He will continue to serve the firm as a consultant.
Elevate’s Ryan Ralston, currently managing director, will succeed Messick in the role. Serena Lintker will be promoted from director of finance to chief operating officer.
Ralston has more than three decades of risk management experience, including holding positions at insurer Spring Consulting Group, manufacturer Whirlpool and oil company Koch Industries.
He has knowledge of innovative and strategic risk management and captive insurance solutions.
As chief operating officer, Lintker will be responsible for upholding the services and innovative solutions that power Elevate’s business. She has been at Elevate for over 10 years, joining from Gateway Insurance Company where she served a 20-year tenure.
