Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has promoted Edward Koral as its lead for captive consulting in North America.
Based in New York, Koral will support clients to explore solutions that use a wide range of alternative risk financing vehicles such as captives, protected cell companies and risk retention groups.

Koral brings over 35 years of experience with captives and alternative risk vehicles, starting his career at Johnson & Higgins. He has served in a number of consulting and client service roles at Marsh and Deloitte Consulting. He first joined WTW in 2021 as director of risk and analytics.
Koral has also served on the board of directors of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association for six years and remains active on its committees.
