Kite promotes Theresa Severson to senior vice president
Kite Realty Group (Kite) has promoted Theresa Severson as senior vice president of insurance and risk.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Kite is a real estate investment trust which “provides communities with beneficial shopping experiences.”
She joined the group in 2021 as a vice president of insurance risk, a role she held up until her promotion.
Prior to that, Severson was a vice president at RPAI Holdco Management LLC for 13 years. In this role, she managed a real estate insurance property and casualty programme which included a captive programme.
She began her career in 1993 at Dann Insurance, where she worked her way up to become senior quality control consultant.
