North American Risk Services Inc. (NARS) has promoted Michelle Greene to head of workers' compensation claims.
In her new role, Greene will lead a group dedicated to prioritising customer satisfaction and facilitating worker rehabilitation.
She joined NARS two years ago as director of workers' compensation to rebuild and grow the workers’ compensation department. She has worked to assemble a team committed to getting the injured worker back to work while keeping the customer experience paramount.
Greene has 20 years’ of management and workers’ compensation experience. Previously, she served as workers’ compensation manager and business lead at Pekin Insurance for 12 years after being promoted from workers’ compensation field specialist.
