Guy Carpenter has appointed Julian Enoizi as CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe.
Enoizi will be responsible for leading Guy Carpenter’s broking operations across its European offices. He takes over the role from Dorothee Mélis-Moutafis who has served as interim CEO since April.
Enoizi will report to Laurent Rousseau, CEO of Guy Carpenter Europe, Middle East and Africa, and global capital solutions.
Mélis-Moutafis will continue in her role as a global account executive but will also be responsible for strategic c-suite engagement for current and prospective clients.
Enoizi joined Guy Carpenter in April 2022, serving as the global leader of its public sector solutions practice.
He brings more than 20 years of insurance industry leadership experience. Prior to joining Guy CarpenterEnoizi served as CEO of Pool Re, a role he began in 2013.
