CIC Services’ Leane Rafalko has been appointed to the Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE) board of governors.
SOFE’s board directs the general policies and affairs of the society and its committees and publications.
Rafalko serves as director of captive management for CIC Services.
She has been a member of SOFE since 2007 and was previously elected to the board of Governors in 2011, where she served two terms.
Rafalko joined CIC Services in April 2023 after a tenure as an audit manager at RH CPAs.
She also has more than 20 years of regulatory experience with the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
