Employee benefits provider RMC Group has appointed Sue Nelson as vice president of employee benefits.
In her new role, Nelson will lead the group’s health and benefits division. She will also oversee business development initiatives and nurture client relationships.
Nelson has more than 25 years’ experience in employee benefits on both the carrier and brokerage side.
Based in Florida, Nelson joins RMC group from the travel industry — she has specialisms in Caribbean adventure, scuba diving and fishing. Prior to that, she was vice president of operations for consultancy OneDigital for four years.
Commenting on the appointment, Ray Ankner, president and CEO of RMC Group, says: “With her expertise and leadership, we are confident that Sue will play a crucial role in advancing our health and benefits division and providing our clients with creative health insurance solutions.”
