Ryan Specialty has appointed Francesca Cornelli to its board of directors. Cornelli will also serve as a member of its audit committee.
Since 2019, Cornelli has served as the dean of Kellogg School of Management at Illinois-based Northwestern University.
Previously, she worked as a professor of finance and deputy dean at London Business School. In this role, Cornelli directed the School’s Private Equity Institute.
She serves on several boards including Edizione, GSM Civic Consulting Alliance and Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Cornelli also served on the board of Swiss Re International and Swiss Re Europe from 2013 to 2019.
