CAC Group has appointed Eric Joost (pictured) as chief operating officer and Grantland Rice as chief administrative officer.
Based in New York Joost will identify and manage operational risks, develop best practices for organisational processes, and provide oversight for CAC Specialty’s operational resources.
Rice will be responsible for executing organisational goals, scaling new initiatives and guiding financial benchmarks and goals.
Joost has more than 35 years of industry experience, previously leading CAC Specialty as chief technology and global markets officer. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, he was global head of property and casualty at Willis Towers Watson.
Rice joined Cobbs Allen in 2013 and served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Before joining Cobbs Allen, Rice was an audit manager with Sellers Richardson Holman & West, focused on manufacturing, education and investment clients.
