Davies, a professional services and technology business, serving insurance and highly regulated markets, has appointed Jen Morrisey as group chief operations officer as it continues its international growth plans.
Based in Ohio, Morrisey will lead Davies’ global technology, transformation, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, procurement and real estate functions. She will also join Davies’ group executive committee.
In her newly created role, she will report to Dan Saulter, Group CEO.
Morrissey has more than 20 years’ experience leading global information technology and operations in the risk management and professional services sectors. Morrissey brings knowledge of M&A integration, IT transformation and global shared services, which she has previously used to aid company expansions.
Prior to joining Davies, Morrissey was chief information officer at Unison Risk Advisors from 2021 to 2023. Before this, she was chief operating officer during a nine-year term with Willis Towers Watson.
Morrissey comments: “I'm looking forward to working alongside Saulter and the wider team in our next phase of growth, continued transformation and positive disruption. It has never been more crucial for a business to remain agile to help clients face the external challenges that our industry is currently undergoing.”
