Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions (Aon) has appointed David Grigg as executive managing director to lead its US cyber insurance team.
Grigg will be based in New York and will report to Randy Stanco, co-leader of Aon’s New York/Jersey Reinsurance Treaty Office and co-US strategic growth leader.
In his new role, Grigg will develop the firm’s product strategy with a team of broking and analytics experts.
He joins Aon from AXA AL, a P&C insurance provider, where he was responsible for AXA AL’s North America cybertech portfolio.
Aon says “Grigg’s wealth of experience in both broking and underwriting roles will enhance [its] cyber offering.”
Commenting on Grigg’s appointment, Stanco says: “David’s experience, proactive outlook and passion for creating robust career development pathways for colleagues at all levels, reinforce Aon’s commitment to continue to build our cyber reinsurance expertise.
