Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has appointed Ron Sulisz as its new president effective from 15 May 2023.
Sulisz will report to CEO Brady Young and will also serve on the company’s board.
Sulisz has been at SRS for more than 18 years, and is currently CEO of SRS Cayman. He will be replaced in this role by Jenny Pooley (pictured right).
In her new role, Pooley will focus on the management and supervision of client accounts, including financial and regulatory reporting and special assignments related to SRS’ captive management programme in the Cayman Islands.
Commenting on his replacement, Sulisz says: “Jenny has shown amazing leadership and knowledge in her 13 years at SRS Cayman.”
Young adds: “As we continue to grow and expand, I recognised that we needed more focus and resources to support operations and Ron will be perfect to lead this effort and focus on the corporate side of SRS, heading up the internal financial, operations, human resources and information technology teams.”
