Captive management and consulting firm Capterra Risk Solutions has promoted Bill Eleamos as partner and vice president of finance.
Based in Pittsburgh, Eleamos enters the position from his previous role as controller. He first joined Capterra Risk Solutions in 2015 as fiscal officer.
Prior to joining the captive management firm, Eleamos held a five-year term at Mellon Capital, where he was most recently senior investment accountant.
Eleamos holds an MBA from the California University of Pennsylvania and obtained his Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation from the International Center of Captive Insurance Education.
Commenting on the appointment, Capterra Risk Solutions president and founder Sandra Fenters says: “Bill has contributed much to the recent growth of the firm with his strong fiscal skills and outstanding organisation.
