Artex Risk Solutions (Artex), the captive solutions subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, has appointed Paul Eaton as international CEO.
In his new role, Eaton will serve on the Artex executive leadership team, driving strategy for talent, growth, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency for Artex's international operations across Guernsey, Gibraltar, Malta, London and Singapore.
Eaton joined Artex in 2004 after more than 13 years as an underwriter in the insurance market with RSA. He spent his first 14 years at Artex in a variety of positions, most recently as the regional managing director of Artex’ European operations.
In addition, Nick Heys has transitioned to the role of Artex international chairman, having been with the company since 2014.
