Rhodes will primarily focus on growth in his new role, where he brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Hylant has appointed Rick Rhodes as Indianapolis and Bloomington market president. Rhodes brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to the role.
Previously vice president of sales at Anthem, Rhodes managed growth initiatives that saw membership growth increase by more than 10 million individuals, according to Hylant.
Rhodes currently sits on the board for the American Cancer Society and formerly served on the Indy Chamber board. Hylant indicates that he has a proven track record of leading teams and fostering relationships.
Rhodes says: “My career has been centred on the people business. I am thrilled to join the many people at Hylant who make a difference to our customers and communities.”
