Mosaic Insurance has appointed tax specialists Will Gay and Ze’ev Deutsch to its transactional liability team, boosting its tax-risk capability.
Based in London, Gay will be head of international tax, transactional liability, and will lead the development of tax insurance underwriting on risks arising outside North America. He has 18 years of experience, and has held senior advisory roles at several international law firms.
Deutsch joins Mosaic’s New York office as vice president, tax Americas, transactional liability, where he will focus on assessing risks for the company’s North American mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business. He previously worked as a tax lawyer at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
