Prior to this, she was vice president at Dyna Management Services for close to a decade before it was acquired by SRS.
Richmond was elected as president of the Bermuda Insurance Management Association (BIMA) in 2021, following her previous stint as president between 2016 and 2018.
Announcing her new role via LinkedIn, Richmond says: “I look forward to working with the wealth of diverse talent and experience not only in the Aon Bermuda office but also globally. Thank you to all my former colleagues whom I have worked with over the last 21 years in Bermuda.”
