VIEDA bolsters leadership team
The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority has appointed Rosa Thomas as assistant CEO.
In her new role, Thomas reports directly to CEO Wayne Biggs.
Thomas previously served as senior vice president of operations at SVN International, where she was responsible for the firm’s Virgin Islands operations under Real Impact Corporation.
Before this, she held the role of general manager at Hudson Management Group, a captive insurance servicing company based in the US Virgin Islands.
Thomas owns Payroll Vault, a payroll service processing company for the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
