Willis Towers Watson has named Carl Hess as president and CEO, with the latter coming into effect upon the retirement of John Haley on 1 January 2022.
Hess was unanimously selected by the board of directors at the global advisory, broking and solutions firm.
Having worked at Willis Towers Watson for over three decades, Hess has served in several senior leadership roles, including co-leader of North America, managing director of the Americas, and managing director of the firm’s investment business.
