Lockton Companies has appointed Peter Rapciewicz as senior vice president, alternative risk practice leader.
In his new role, Rapciewicz will lead Lockton’s product innovation, client delivery, and market partnerships.
He started working at Lockton in September 2014 and most recently served as senior vice president, director of risk finance.
Previously, Rapciewicz has worked at AIG as vice president where he supported the alternative risk division within AIG Property Casualty.
His responsibilities at AIG included oversight and structure of domestic single parent and rent-a-captive facilities, alternative collateral solutions for large deductible casualty insurance programmes, the AIG Collateral Flex Option, surplus lines general liability and professional liability insurance programmes, loss portfolio transfers and AIG closeout programmes.
