Bender Insurance Solutions has recruited Bryan Murray as a technology risk advisor in its commercial lines department.
Murray joins the team with 10 years of experience in the technology industry, working in marketing, sales, and leadership capacities in multiple early stage and venture backed software companies in Sacramento and the Bay Area of California.
As a technology risk advisor, he will provide risk management advice and education for technology businesses across California.
Commenting on his new role, Murray says: “I love Sacramento and want to see the tech scene thrive today and in the future. Part of that future success will rely on managing risk and choosing the right insurance program, especially for innovative companies that need to move fast.”
In January, Bender Insurance Solutions named Roland Guillen as vice president of alternative risk programmes.
Guillen oversees the growth of the captive and alternative risk market business as well as large complex risks, in addition to developing risk sharing programmes.
He joined Bender Insurance Solutions in 2009 and has experience working with group captives and single-parent captive insurance programmes.
