Rondrea Haywood has been promoted as director of compliance at Elevate Risk Solutions.
Based in Oklahoma City, Haywood will oversee a portfolio of captive insurance companies and other clients.
When Haywood joined Elevate in 2016 as an account manager, she brought over six years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
Prior to joining Elevate, she worked as an account manager for Cole, Paine & Carlin Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency system with a primary focus on underwriting, policy issuance, client service, and compliance.
Commenting on her promotion, Jerry Messick, CEO of Elevate, said: “Rondrea Haywood has worked with Elevate for five years and has earned her promotion through hard work, her focus on doing right by our clients and being a superb liaison with our regulator partners.”

Haywood will be replacing Cassie Bachman, as she recently left to join Arsenal Insurance Management as director of legal affairs.
