Frank Foster has joined Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as the new head of risk and analytics and strategic risk consulting for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Based in the firm’s Munich office, Foster will report to Marc Paasch, global head of strategic risk consulting and alternative risk transfer.
Foster moved to WTW from Siemens Financial Services, where he headed the business segment client, network and quality management as a senior executive.
He has over 20 years of experience within the insurance industry and has built up a portfolio and has worked for insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and in-house brokers.
Previously, Frank held the position of managing director and head of operational risk management at OMV AG. He also held senior management positions in the insurance industry in London, Vienna and Munich including Munich Re and Great Lakes Reinsurance UK.
