Jay Florence has joined River Oak Risk as vice president, effective 1 August.
Previously, Florence served as the deputy commissioner for the Georgia Department of Insurance.
He has also served in several roles at the department including legal counsel to the Division of Insurance and Financial Oversight, legislative liaison and assistant commissioner.
