Capstone Associated Services has hired David Osbourn as director of business development for the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions of the US
Osbourn has over 35 years of broad insurance industry experience and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), the sixth to join Capstone.
Working from the Pittsburgh office, he will help to expand the company’s reach in the Northeastern and mid-Atlantic regions of the US, and will work on educating mid-market business owners on the benefits of captive insurance planning.
