ANV Underwriters has appointed Florian Tischer to its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) insurance team.
Tischer, who brings five years of legal experience to ANV, focuses on the M&A, corporate and commercial fields. Sge will be based in ANV’s Barcelona office and will report to Thomas Mannsdorfer, underwriting director of M&A insurance.
He has previously served as a lawyer at international law firms including Field Fischer Waterhouse and Weil, Gosthal and Manges.
