George Sumner resigns from the DCCA
George Sumner has confirmed that he has resigned from his position as captive insurance administrator and deputy commissioner at the Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs in Hawaii.
Sumner has said that he is seeking a similar role both onshore and offshore at this time.
His last day will be on 29 August 2013.
