Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) Network has partnered with AI technology provider Euphoric to enhance global employee benefits management.
The agreement will give GEB’s international clients access to Euphoric’s new AI-powered benefits platform, designed to improve visibility of global benefits, streamline strategy and boost employee engagement.
Euphoric has been developing digital benefits platforms for global corporations for nearly a decade.
The company says its new offering is an AI-first solution that aims to transform how HR leaders manage their corporate benefits landscape.
For employers, the platform delivers a global analytics platform (GAP), providing a single dashboard to view and manage employee benefits worldwide.
It uses AI to organise existing policies, identify coverage gaps across geographies, and support strategic decisions with real-time data insights.
For employees, the system offers personalised features including a benefits navigator tailored to individual needs, a rewards and discounts module, and tools for peer recognition.
According to the firm, the combined employer-employee platform aims to simplify implementation across large corporate structures by unifying benefit operations.
Ludovic Bayard, GEB CEO, says: “Euphoric’s platform revolutionises how benefits are managed, communicated, and delivered across organisations, accelerating access to complex global data and simplifying strategic decision-making.”
Bayard adds that the collaboration underscores GEB’s commitment to innovation and delivering impactful technology-driven solutions.
Max Landry, Euphoric CEO, describes the timing as ideal, saying: “AI has matured, industry expectations have shifted, and the world is ready.”
Landry notes: “Partnering with GEB means we can bring Euphoric’s intuitive, intelligent platform to a truly global audience and help employers give employees the support they deserve.”
