Chestnut Hill Insurance Group (CHIG) is finalising preparations for the launch of its innovative group/agency captive.
The firm states that the hybrid model allows agents to enjoy underwriting profits and more control over market pricing fluctuations by becoming captive owners with fellow agents under the CHIG-sponsored plan.
The programme targets accounts with loss ratios below 20 per cent that continue to face rising rates.
To engage prospective participants, CHIG is hosting semi-monthly webinars and targeted visitations for qualified agents.
Upcoming webinars are scheduled for 11 February, catering to agents, and 13 February, focused on insureds, both starting at 11:00 EST.
