The Western Region Captive Insurance Conference (WRCIC) board has made a donation to the International Centre for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) during the ICCIE 20th anniversary celebration in Burlington, Vermont.
This contribution marks a continuation of WRCIC’s commitment to excellence in captive education, with donations over the years totalling more than US$10,000.
Mitch Cantor, executive director at ICCIE, comments: “The western region domiciles understand that the captive industry can only grow and thrive when there is comprehensive education available to new entrants to the industry and continuing education for captive veterans.
“This is how ICCIE supports the industry, and that is why it is vital that the industry continues to support ICCIE.”
The WRCIC includes four members: the Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Utah captive insurance associations. Its 2025 conference will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, from 19-21 May at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek.
