Artemis Risk Solutions, an insurance brokerage specialising in employee benefit solutions, P&C, and personal lines, has announced its launch.
The firm, co-founded by industry veterans Clint Anderson, chief revenue officer, and David Lamb, president of P&C, is based in Dallas, with representatives throughout the US, and direct access to international risk management consulting and insurance brokerage services in 90 countries.
Chris Burns heads the company as CEO, bringing over 40 years of leadership experience in the insurance brokerage, insurance, and insurtech industries.
Burns previously served as CEO of Employee Benefits Practice at Willis Group in New York and London.
Artemis names Chris Cordes as president, who has more than 35 years of experience in sales leadership, organisational development, and growth strategies. The company also appoints Charles Van Duyne as chief medical advisor, who will collaborate with clients to suggest strategies for enhancing employee health and engagement.
Commenting on the launch, Lamb says: "Our industry has experienced significant consolidation, and that has been to the detriment of the clients. We are here to provide insurance solutions tailored to unique needs, avoiding the one-size-fits-all mindset that has become pervasive.
“Geographically, we can assist our clients in all 50 states, and globally, and we are actively on-boarding clients and creating customised solutions that emphasise employee well-being."
Anderson adds: "Artemis Risk Solutions understands that traditional risk management approaches are no longer sufficient in an era defined by digital disruption and interconnectedness.
“At Artemis, we are staying ahead of industry trends and anticipating regulations to ensure our clients gain a competitive advantage.”
