Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquires Crawford Insurance
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services firm, recently announced the acquisition of Crawford Insurance, a retail insurance agency.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed to the public.
Based in Pennsylvania, Crawford Insurance will remain in its current location and work under Sean Gallagher, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
