The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) has opened registration for its webinar event on captive management, scheduled for 16 May.
Titled ‘The Balancing Act of Captive Management’, the event will address inflationary challenges that insurance companies face, and its impact on their investment portfolios, operating costs and claim payouts.
The speaker line-up includes Lauren Darr, partner at Johnson Lambert, Colin Donovan, president of STICO Mutual Insurance Company and Darcie Truttmann, senior consulting actuary at Pinnacle Actuarial Resources.
The webinar is open to both VCIA members and non-members.
Previously, the association announced the official logo for its 39th annual conference, which will take place in Burlington, Vermont, on 12 to 14 August.
