Arthur J. Gallagher acquires SRMS and PCIS

Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Fort Myers, Florida-based Specialty Risk Management Services (SRMS), and its affiliate, Private Client Insurance Services (PCIS).

SRMS manages a property insurance programme for businesses in Florida, while PCIS specialises in commercial risks, condominium associations and personal lines.

President of SRMS Elaine Hawkins, principal of PCIS Wes Brewer and their teams will remain in their current location under the direction of Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher's Southeast retail property and casualty brokerage operations.
