Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) is to acquire Robus Group from The Ardonagh Group, further bolstering the company’s position as a captive management firm in Europe.
Operating from Guernsey and Gibraltar, Robus provides professional management services to captive insurers, (re)insurers, managing general agents, insurance-linked securities fund managers and other corporate entities globally.
The Ardonagh Group is a London-based insurance distribution platform; the mandate is subject to regulatory approval.
SRS says the firm’s European operations continue to grow, expanding into new domiciles. This mandate contributes to its mission to be the “leading captive management firm in Europe”.
