Alera Group acquires Delaware-based CBM
Alera Group, the owner of Spring Consulting Group, has acquired Delaware-based CBM Insurance Agency (CBM).
Established in 2008, CBM offers commercial business insurance, personal insurance coverage and individual life and health protection for residents of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
CBM's clients span a range of industries, from restaurants and wholesalers to contractors and property managers and owners.
