Atlas Insurance Management (Atlas) has merged with Risk Management Advisors. As part of the merger, Atlas will take Risk Management Advisors’ name.
Atlas is a captive insurance management firm with offices in North Carolina, US, and the Cayman Islands.
Risk Management Advisors specialises in captive insurance management, employee benefits and workers compensation.
In 2020 Atlas joined Risk Strategies, a national specialty insurance brokerage and risk management advisory company.
The companies describe the recent merger with Risk Management Advisors as ‘the next stage of Atlas’s evolution.’
Commenting on what its clients can expect from the merger, Atlas says: “you will continue to receive the same level of personalised service you have grown accustomed to with our team.
“But will see a phased rollout of enhancements to policies and procedures — including our privacy data policies, product offerings, account management services and, of course, branding.”
