Ex-National Football League player Kendall Gammon has been announced as the Western Region Captive Insurance Conference’s (WRCIC’s) keynote speaker.
The WRCIC will take place from 12 to 14 June at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, Missouri. This year the theme of the conference is ‘Gateway to Captive Success’. The conference will host more than 44 speakers.
The three-day event will discuss a wide range of topics through a number of panels, including: cell captive diversity, updates on insurance taxation, claims best practices, current IRS captive enforcement actions, and embedding ESG initiatives into a captive.
Attendees can expect networking opportunities and events such as a golf tournament, an outdoor opening reception with a view of Ballpark Village, and an event at a Cardinals baseball game.
After a successful football career, starting with a four-year term with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1992, and ending with a seven-year term with the Kansas City Chiefs, Gammon is now a motivational speaker and author.
