Gallagher’s captive Artex Risk Solutions acquires Allied Risk Management
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co’s captive, Artex Risk Solutions, has acquired Ireland-based Allied Risk Management.
Headquartered in Dubin, Allied Risk provides insurance and reinsurance management services, as well as actuarial services to clients globally.
Former-owner Frank Coyle and director Áine Madigan, and their team, will remain in their current location under Paul Eaton, head of Artex International.
