Leane Rafalko has been appointed director of captive management at CIC Services. Rafalko joins the company from RH CPAs, where she served as an audit manager.
CIC Services says Rafalko’s extensive regulatory and private sector experiences will further CIC Services’ success for its clients.
Rafalko has more than 20 years of experience with the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI), where she became chief captive analyst and assisted the senior deputy commissioner in licensing and regulating North Carolina domestic captive insurance companies.
Additionally, while in the NCDOI, Rafalko worked as the insurance company examination manager. As part of the NCDOI’s financial evaluations division, Rafalko led statutory financial examinations of the financial records of insurance companies licensed and domiciled in the state of North Carolina.
Prior to joining RH CPA, Rafalko was a senior captive consultant at Hylant Global Captive Solutions where she worked with clients to consult, develop and manage captive insurance structures.
