The Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) has opened registration for its 2023 seminar. The event will take place on 16-17 October 2023 at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center in Antwerp.
This year, the seminar will discuss the importance of preparing for risks before they happen, understanding CEOs’ risk management function aims and helping risk managers to “demonstrate the true value of their function for sustainable corporate performance.”
FERMA’s seminar is limited to 250 participants in order to give chief risk officers and risk and insurance managers the opportunity to exchange experiences.
Participants will learn how to mitigate impacts on performance through business continuity management, develop a better understanding of strategic risk management and develop a roadmap for implementation, and expand risk management expertise to meet C-suite and board expectations.
Those attending will also receive a risk management maturity assessment, with individual bench-marking reports delivered before the seminar and overall results presented in the main session.
