Global insurance brokerage and financial services firm Hub International (Hub) has acquired the assets of independent insurance agency Dwight W. Andrus Insurance (DAI), including those of Dwight Andrus & Richard Insurance and Dwight Andrus Insurance Shreve.
Based in Louisiana, DAI provides commercial insurance, surety and bonding, captive and alternative risk insurance, personal insurance and employee benefits.
Following the acquisition, Dwight Andrus IV, Dwight Andrus III, David Andrus and Charlie Babineaux will remain active in leadership roles at Hub Gulf South. Hub will benefit from DAI’s 130 employees and six offices across the state.
