Alternative risk solutions company Artex has completed the integration of Horseshoe, making it the global brand of insurance-linked securities (ILS) services for Artex.
Artex first expanded its ILS offerings with the acquisition of Horseshoe in 2019.
Key services offered by Artex include fund administration across ILS, private equity and hedge funds, insurance management, commercial outsourcing, corporate service and other advisory and professional services.
Horseshoe, which was founded by Andre Perez in 2005, specialises in providing insurance management, fund administration, advisory and corporate services to ILS and alternative fund markets.
Its headquarters are located in Bermuda, while other offices are based in London, Grand Cayman, Sri Lanka and Charlotte, North Carolina.
