AssuredPartners has acquired Owen-Dunn Insurance Services of Sacramento.
Owen-Dunn provides a range of insurance services, including property and casualty, surety, workers’ comp, employee benefits, loss control and claims management.
Staff currently work at Owen-Dunn will continue operations under the leadership of president of Owen Taylor.
Taylor said: “We have been approached by agencies looking to acquire Owen-Dunn many times. This is the first time the new partnership appealed to our shareholders.”
