Artex Risk Solutions has acquired Chandler Insurance Management.
Chandler will bring 20 years of captive insurance management experience to Artex.
As part of the acquisition, Steven Butler and Beverly Hodkin will join Artex’s captive insurance and management team in Grand Cayman.
