Ventiv Technology has acquired Webrisk from Effisoft SAS, the risk and insurance and reinsurance solutions firm.
Webrisk, the risk management information system, helps risk managers to manage their daily operations more effectively.
As part of the acquisition, Ventiv will continue to support and invest in the Webrisk platform as well as its existing risk management technology solutions.
Edouard Lefebvre, current COO of Webrisk Paris and David Thomas, current director of Webrisk London, will both join Ventiv, as well as the current Webrisk employees.
