Hylant renames administrative services division as Hylant Programs

Hylant renames its programme management division, Hylant Administrative Services, as Hylant Programs, as the unit broadens its reach beyond public entity programmes.

The division has designed, managed and administered insurance programmes for more than 30 years, bringing together underwriting, risk management, claims oversight, finance and administration.

Its portfolio includes established programmes serving municipalities, schools and other public entities, alongside newer specialty offerings addressing cyber exposures and transportation risks. Hylant says the division is investing in further growth across additional industries, including those whose risks may not fit traditional underwriting models.

Mike Ugljesa, president of Hylant Programs, says: “For decades, we’ve built successful programmes that deliver stability, expertise, and long-term value for our clients. Today, we’re leveraging that experience to bring programme solutions to a broader range of industries facing increasingly complex insurance challenges.”

Ugljesa adds: “Whether we’re supporting established public entity programmes, developing new solutions for emerging industries, or collaborating with carrier partners to address underserved risks, our focus remains the same: create programmes that provide greater stability, control, and long-term value.”

Hylant is a privately held insurance broker whose services include alternative risk financing, and it provides captive management through Hylant Global Captive Solutions.
