Skyward promotes Good to lead captives A&H
Skyward Accident & Health has appointed Andrew Good as senior vice president, captives A&H.
Good steps up from vice president, captives A&H, a role he held from April 2025. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has been with Skyward for more than seven years, joining as an underwriter in April 2019 before progressing to senior underwriter, then assistant vice president, stop loss captives.
Before Skyward, Good spent close to five years at Allied Benefit Systems in Chicago, where he worked as an underwriter and senior underwriter. He began his career at Tide Pool Capital.
