Innovative Captive Strategies appoints Eric Fardal as a captive associate on its employee benefits team.
Fardal joins in June 2026, moving into the captive sector from a benefits administration background. Fardal joins from Businessolver, where Fardal spent more than six years across several roles, most recently as partner relations manager.
Earlier roles at Businessolver include account development representative and inside sales representative, the latter as a licensed producer selling Medicare and individual insurance policies. Fardal began at the company on its professional development programme.
Innovative Captive Strategies provides captive solutions including group captives, alternative risk and risk management consulting.
